This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which Forge Peptides Labs ships research products and laboratory compounds purchased via forgepeptideslab.com.

1. Shipping Coverage
Forge Peptides Lab provides domestic and international shipping for research peptides, research chemicals, and laboratory research products. Available destinations, shipping methods, and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order of research products ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

 3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Standard UPS Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment (domestic U.S.).
Express UPS Shipping 1–2 business days after shipment (domestic U.S.).
International Shipping Transit times vary by destination and carrier; estimates appear at checkout and may be affected by customs processing.
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders of research compounds and ships via Standard UPS.

Transit times are carrier estimates and exclude weekends and holidays. Forge Peptides Lab is not responsible for carrier or customs delays.

 4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for research peptides and laboratory products are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and destination. Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders. International customers remain responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

 5. Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Track your research product shipment anytime on our Order Tracking page.

 6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package of research compounds is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@forfgepeptideslabs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, reship or refund the order.

 7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Forge Peptides Lab is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Reshipment to a corrected address may incur additional fees.

8. Research Use Only
All products sold by Forge Peptides Lab are strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption. By placing an order, you confirm that all research chemicals and compounds will be used solely by qualified research personnel for legitimate research purposes.
